from 292. I've lost 13 pounds in 2 weeks by increasing my protein and cutting out the small amounts of junk foods I was eating. I'm also drinking almost 100 ounces of water a day. Sounds like a lot, but I just make sure I'm always drinking. You all will hear me rejoicing when I get below 200, doesn't matter where in the state you are, lol
