Need help

I have been turned down 2 before for surgery because of nutrional counseling. My insurance company has passed me for health reason they said I would qualifie per medical reasons but because I hadn't had nutrional counseling they denied me How and where do I get the counseling and Is it to late to reapply for surgery again. I am the mother of 3 and at 234 am not very happy with my life. I need ehlp If I didn't I wouldn't weigh 234.

Usually the surgeon you choose will give you a list of dieticians he/she recommends. But if your surgeon does not, then call your insurance company (or look on their website). They will give you name and ph #'s of those dieticians that are covered under their plan. As far as reapplying again, I don't think it would be too late, but again, I would check with both your surgeon & ins company. Good Luck!
