OSU WLS program

I would like to know if anyone has ever had to enter the WLS program at OSU? If so what kind of things do they talk about?

hello kisshell, I am going through the process also with OSU. I am trying to finish up the paperwork that they sent me the second time. It is a process and it takes time, however they seem to be as helpful as possible. All I can say is make sure you stay on top of things. I am looking at the lap surgery also. I sent in my first paperwork that you are waiting for and then they send you paperwork on your diatician and to let you know you need to set up a psycologist evaluation. Hello i just had my surgery at osu hospital last thursday the 18th of Sept.Just email me with questions and I will do my best to answer your questions.

thank you for your replys and i do have my paper work now it's just filling them out. i'm sure it ill be a long process but i will not give up. again i would like to thank you and i will most likely be asking you for help again.
