Hi Everyone! Does anyone know of any surgeons in the Findlay area that does the lap band surgery?

Hi according to some of the research that I've done the only doctor that does it in Ohio is Dr. Needleman in Columbus. I could be wrong but that is what I remember when I was looking for a doctor. Have you done the surgeon search on this website yet?

Dr. Timothy Duckett in Maumee does the Lap-Band also. To get his phone # go to the Find a Doc, link at the top of the page. He is definately closer than Columbus for you. God Bless

There is no one in Findlay,Oh doing currently doing any bypass type of surgery. But rumor has it (Confirmed) that Dr. Yoder and Dr Alamar is supposed to sometime soon. The hospital isn't currently equipt for it. Sherri RNY (Open) 8/4/03

Thanks, everyone, for the info. I did attend a seminar last night in Maumee OH, with Dr. Timothy Duckett. It's about 2 1/2 hours drive for me, but it'll be worth it in the long run!! I am now starting the process. It's exciting!
