Metabolic Rate Testing

Hi, everyone! Just wanted to stop by and say I just did the Metabolic Rate test offered by Jewish Hospital Weight Management Center here in Cincinnati. They are currently offering the test plus a short review with a dietician for $35.00 I have been on a plateau since mid-May and thought this would be a way to figure out what I need to do differently. Turns out I need to eat over 1600 calories to maintain my current weight! We reveiwed a typical day for food, and I am at about 1000 calories (and she was pretty generous with some of the items I listed). We talked about exercise, water and protein intake and it looks like I need to shake up my exercise routine! I thought it was $35.00 well spent. (The test involves breathing quietly in and out of a small, hand held machine for 5-10 minutes. It calculates the BMR based on oxygen used.) The number :513-686-6820. Now the $35.00 rate is a promotion, and I don't know if it is offered to everyone, but you can call and ask if you are interested.
