Ohio State University Doctors

I am employed at the University and was told that my insurance won't cover the surgery unless it is perforrmed by a phycisian at OSU. Has anyone else had this experience, and if so, what doctors do you recommend? Also, does anyone have any experience with the process and how long it took, etc? Thanks.
