Dr. Marcus Miller

Has anyone met the new Doctor that has joined Dr. Custer and Dr. Price? He just started July 1, 2003. His name is Marcus Miller. If anyone has any info please let everyone know. I have my consult scheduled with him on August 1, 2003. Thanks Deanna F

Deanna, I haven't met with him. Dr. Custer was my surgeon and I was his first WLS patient back in 11/01. However, I'm very familiar with the practice and have nothing but good things to say about them. The one thing you need to remember, Dr. Miller will NOT be the only surgeon working on you. You will either have Dr. Price or Dr. Custer assisting him. So your still getting the best of care!! Also, since your seeing Dr. Miller, you move to the front of the line by not having to wait as long as new patients of Dr. Price and Dr. Custer which I know have a wait time of at least 6 months. When I saw Dr. Custer for the first time, I only had to wait a week to get in to see him, my surgery was approved by the insurance company in 2 weeks and my surgery was 6 weeks after that!! 9 weeks start to finish!! Much better then having to wait about a year!! Good luck to you.
