Ohio Senate Bill 41 and Non-Coverage

The Ohio Senate is considering SB41 which will make it mandatory for insurance companies from Ohio to exclude WLS. It is currently in committee. For those who do not have coverage, or minimal, two surgeons in Dayton, Drs. Alison Clarey and David Bruce do the surgery for $15,000. I myself am planning to go to Monteerey Mexico for the surgery (Lap-Band). One of the world's leading Laproscopic surgeons is Dr. Rumbaut, and I will use him. The Lap-BAnd is $10,800 and the lap bypass is $13,000. Just thought you'd like to know.

I have been all over the Ohio Senate site and bill 41 is NOT about gastric bypass or even insurance issues. I would love to know which bill it is so I can research it and begin my own campaign. I am facing a death sentence without this surgery. Any way you could find out what number it really is?
