looking for help in Toledo

I am not having much luck as to were to begin my pcp is willing to help me but she does not know of ay doc in toledo that do the surgery. I do know that my insurance carrier aetna does cover the surgery and feel as if i am getting bigger by the minute. I would love to chat with anyone from toledo or surrounding areas that have been involved with this process

Hi Amy, There is ONE Dr in Toledo left that does RNY, Dr. Mark Kligman @ MCO. Call NOW to get in a seminar in about 9 months... I know frustrating, but really schedule with him now and then keep looking if you so desire. Also, Dr Timothy Duckett in Maumee does the Lap-band. That's about it. Unless others are still doing them and not saying they are. All the other Dr's listed for the Toledo area on the surgeon board have either moved away or stopped bariatric's.
