Med. Mutual (out-of-pocket cost)?

I just received my approval lettrer from medical mutual of ohio and was told my doctor, Dr. James Vigilanco is out of my network. Do anybody have the same insurance and similar situation. If so what was you out of pocket cost?

I used Dr. Choban at BTC and I paid $1500 because she wasn't in our network. I just got 2 bills today for the pre-surgery tests, which was only about $95 for all of them. I got the letter stating what MMOH paid last week and it was almost $40,000. Good luck to you!!
