diabetic counceling
Hi everyone I have 12 weeks of diabetic counceling to go through which consits of keeping a food diary , weigh ins , ect..........
This is required by medicaid as well as Ohio State University where I am hoping to get the surgery done.
So I am looking at sometime next year to get close to seeing a surgon and moving forward.
Hopefully my health will hold out for me until then but things right now are rough medicaly and emotionaly ( stress level).
I could use some kind words if anyone has the time , I know we are not alone in this battle but alot of the times no one understands why I cry or feel down from battling every day.
Rebecca
Dear Rebecca, There is a reason for everything. You can learn alot during this waiting process and keeping a food diary that will help you long term in successfully taking the weight off for good and keeping it off. Personally I learned alot about myself and my emotional issues by also talking to myself in a personal journal...you don't need to share it with anyone, but it helps to explore and come to terms with issues and problems that are effecting your well being. Consider this a positive part of your journey in preparation for success with the surgery. Love, Monica
