Surgery Date: 07/09/03

Hi Everyone! I am having surgery at Holzer Hospital in Gallipolis, OH on 07/09/03. I have researched this surgery since last November and have had 3 first cousins have it done. I just recently heard that after surgery, my personality will change. Has anyone noticed (or your friends or family members noticed) that your personality has changed? tami...hi. i had surgery on jan.21st.2003. i have lost 108lbs. the only way my personality has changed is i am more confident,happier, and just feel better all around. kathy

Tamara, Just wanted to wish you well with your journey! I am pre-op so can't share much info with you, but I've been told your life will change dramatically, so I your confidence & self esteem will sky rocket!! And that may alter your personality a bit-but who cares, right!!! I am from Athens but have family in Nelsonville. So I am sending hugs and well wishes your way!!!
