Hi everyone ....well I submitted my app to OSU for consideration and was denied for the following reasons. Not enough medical weight loss history , medicaid requires extensive info so now my family physician has set me up for 12 weeks of diabetic conceling. This should satisfy the weight loss documentd portion , then I resubmit my app with the 12 weeks of counceling and go from there . I am however medicaly qualified for the suregery but hopefullty this will rectify a few items so we can get into a forward progress mode.
