Help

Well it's official I WAS DENIED by AETNA. They said I was being denied because "the information we have been able to collect from the provider is not sufficient to authorize these services" What the #@#$*%#@ does that mean! I know I need to file an appeal but I don't know where to start. Should I contact BTC? or should I start the process on my own? If so How do I do that? I am so tired of being tired all the time!!!

Shelia, I would go to the main message board and ask there cause there are a few that have appeal letters in there profiles and they could tell you were to start that journey. Where ever this takes you, your in my prayers.

I would call whoever did your paperwork. If it was BTC then call them. There are appeal letters and you should be getting a notice.
