Hello all! I started at 446 and eight months out today, I hit 297. Woo Hoo! I am so happy. I feel great, and looking forward to losing more! It is alot slower now, but I am still losing. Big hugs to all!
Congrats! That's incredible. What are the hardest things after surgery. I'm shopping for an insurance company - My current UHC has written exclusions. I can't imagine how good you must feel - Hope by this time next year maybe I'll be celebrating .
