Hi. I was supposd to have my surgery yesterday monday the 19th. I was given a medication called Reglan and had a bad reaction to it. It made me very restless and aggitated. I felt completely out of control. I told them I wasn't able to go through with the surgery. Has anyone else had a similar experience from this? Please e-mail me at [email protected]

I am also an ER nurse and know that what you experienced was a side effect of Reglan. With a little time it would have passed. Sometimes we give Benadryl for to help this go away.
