Where are the Ohio people?

Ok I know I am not the only one from Ohio.

Down 2 more pounds this week. Six weeks out and down 28 pounds.

Haven't been on lately, very busy.  Ya I am from Ohio (Cincinnati Area) and had the same doctor you had.  Sounds like you are headed in the right direction.  Keep after it....it is so worth it.  I am 2 1/2 years out and am living again.  I may seem slow, but believe me you will look back and wonder where not only the time went but also the weight.  Good Luck!

Hi, I'm new to this website but i'm in cincinnati, Ohio. and My surgery is in 3 weeks.

I too reside in Ohio, more specifically the Greater Columbus area.

I go in for surgery in two days with Dr. Needleman at OSU.

Im excited and nervous all at once...

Hi,,,had my surgery at Cleveland clinic by Dr schauer,,on Dec 7,2015,,just about 13 weeks post op..I started my journey weighting 252 lbs,,,today I have a total loss of 72 lbs,,current weight 180,,,40 more pounds to reach my goal

I'm in Scioto County (Portsmouth area), and my surgeon is Dr. Rana, he's with Dr Sonnanstine at Riverside.

Got my surgery date today: 4/14, which is almost exactly a year since I watched the first seminar online in 2015. Can't wait for the next five weeks to pass.

I spoke with my doctor's nurse and she said WLS is the second biggest surgery they do at Riverside. Heart is the first.

I don't know whether that's encouraging or terrifying!

Biggest as in... most dangerous? Or biggest as in, the only surgeries they do more are heart?

And they moved my surgery up a week today. So now it's 4/7, and 4/6 they're placing my IVC filter. So glad I don't have to arrange all that!
