Anybody know of surgeons in ohio that back up their work?

Im going to have the lapband done and have everything ready to go I'm just worried after reading some reviews of problems people have had and the surgeon wants to charge them more.  I understand they are not working for free but are there any surgeons that back up their work with a guarantee?  I had to beg, borrow and steal for this money so paying for failure is not going to be an option for me.  Also anybody know what a fair price for the band is because I haven't really shopped around? 

Have you called around and asked? I am curious.....my ins wants a $5000 deductable paid before roueny
