Anyone near the Akron area?

I'm from Massillon. Had a VGB many years ago and am strongly considering a revision. Tired of being sick all the time....nausea, vomiting, pain and distention. Considering a DS but not sure what drs do those here in Ohio. Does anyone know??

I'm in Cuyahoga Falls.  Dr. Z.  Don't have a surgery date yet.  Getting my testing done.  Having my EGD done on Tuesday June 18th.  I haven't gone to the monthly Summa support group yet.  Do you know when they meet next?  I'm looking for cookbooks or instructional books for post surgery.  Anyone have any suggestions?

I live in East Akron. Had RNY by Dr Dan on 4/30/13. Hes wonderful!!! I havent attended any support groups but plan on starting this month..would definatly like more support with people who know what im going thru the good and the bad. i moved to the area about 4 years ago so not too many friends or relatives. i have a little house but could help in other ways??? let me know

I am a Dr Z patient. Only two more diet visits till they can schedule surgery. The next support group at Summa is December 18 at 6:30p. I live 45 min outside of Akron, but it is so worth it to be part of this incredible, supportive program!
