Medical mutual of ohio, anyone????

 So, i am just a little impatient! My surgeons office's insurance coordinator is out of the office and will not be bac****il monday. i am faxing my 6 month pcp visits tomorrow, so i am hoping monday she will fax it to med. mutual. So my question is, how long does it take med. mutual to approve or disapprove?

I had Medical Mutual of Ohio when I had surgery in 2009.
If my Dr's insurance coordinator had submitted it completely and correctly I would have been approved quickly, like 2 weeks to a month.
Who is your Dr.?
