20 pounds in 5 years is actually quite good, but I know where you are at. I am at the same place. For me the best way to lose is being more active. I bicycle and now I am starting running. The eating part comes down to discipline and I work on that. You are right though., Those crispy snack items are so so easy to eat. Good luck! -- Tom

Hi. I am in the same boat, but i have gained more wt. than you have. My surgery was in 2007. I am a grazer, not only carbs, but whatever I have in the house. I cannot have bread in the house. i will polish off a whole loaf in a couple days. i live alone.:(. I am trying to increase my water, before i move on to changing something else. Exercise? only in my mind do I exercise...but I do go to the apartment pool.
