* Little by Little* Weight Loss Support group will be meeting Jan. 3rd...We meet at 6:00 at the East Main Church of Christ...I know with the holidays coming up, that the majority of us tend to eat foods that are high in fats and sugars, resulting in putting on a few unwanted pounds...So, if you need help/support in getting back to the basics of your healthy eating plan, feel free to drop in to our meeting...We don't charge any fees for belonging to our group...We are open to male and female, and also to those who haven't had surgery...Feel free to message me if you would like further information...Tammy
