Hey gang.
I had my lap band surgery on 12/22/10, so far i am down 50 plus pounds. but i need to keep my exercise going i was hopeing someone on here  could keep me honest.

What was i thinking I jogged for 30 min today and ly leggs are killing me
I am trying to exersice as much as i can but wow am i out of shape

Give it time....start with less time and work yourself up to the 30 mins.
