Support Group in Columbus??

Hello! 4 weeks post-op and looking for a support group in Columbus. I had my VSG done in Dayton so got no info on support groups in Columbus. Thanks for any info!!

OSU has meetings 2/month - 1st and 3rd Thursday I believe 7-8:15 pm...  google it for specifics -- I think the psychologist leads on the 3rd Thursday dates...

Riverside Methodist Hospital - Fresh Start also has meetings.. .not sure of their schedule!

Fresh Start is the third tuesday of each month, but is for Fresh Start patients only.
I think the OSU group is open to anybody, am thinking of going to that as well.

The OSU group meets the 1st and 4th Wednesdays of the month at the Martha Morehouse center on Kenny Rd. (Tall building with orange trim).  The 1st Wed is nutrition and exercise based and the 4th is more of a sharing of struggles and successes group.  We in the group love new members. 

I will be there next time. I will be a new member too. I am just getting started with OSU having had my first set of appts.

Welcome to our support group.  I hope you are having a good experience -- have you started BLAST yet?  If not, you'll get lots and lots of good infomation there too.   I plan to make it to the Apr. 6 meeting.  See you there!  Marise

Wow... I asked a question and never came back for the replies! Thanks for responding. I'm going to try to make it to the meeting this Wednesday!
