Need advice on VGS

I have a  lapband but my dr. wants to switch me to the VGS. His practice has no support groups and cannot direct me to someone who has already had the surgery.
Is there anyone out there that might be able to share their experiences - pros and cons - of the gastric sleeve.

You might want to consider switchiing to a doc that practices in a Bariatric Center of Excellence, as one of the requirements is having a support group for patients.
Aftercare is strongly emphasized at those centers as well.
