HAPPY SURGER-VERSARY TO ME!! 5 years ago today my life changed forever. I was given a new lease on life, became healthier and decided it was time to STOP!! I needed to think of my husband and children instead of myself and gastric bypass was the decision I made to do that. I knew it was a dangerous decision, but living the life I was living and being a slave to food was also very dangerous so I took that chance. Now 5 years later I am healthy and feel the best I have felt in many years!! Here's to all my fellow bariatric friends - stay healthy and keep working the program because it works when you work it!! :)
