Has anyone had bowel blockage? What was your symptoms?

I have not had one but a good friend of mine did. She had abdominal pain and vomiting and was not having bowel movements despite feeling "full". I'm sure if you Google it, you can find more info. A bowel obstruction can be life threatening, so if you even suspect you have one, please seek immediate medical attention!
