The Sandusky area support group (Here 4 U) reminder for Tuesday 08/18/09.
This week Dr. Holbrook from St. V's will be our guest and will talk about cross addictions and self image.  She will also try to answer any other questions you have.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 6:30-7:30pm.

Our meetings are open to anyone / everyone no matter where in your journey you are.
We are a smaller group (usually around 10), but are always looking for people who can share their experiences with us or that have questions that we may be able to help answer.
