Sandusky support group - Here 4 U 08/04/09

The Sandusky area support group (Here 4 U) reminder for Tuesday 08/4/09.
This week we are having a Food Function meeting.  Bring your favorite WLS friendly dish to share, or just come and enjoy everyones favorites.  Please bring copies of the recipe for everyone to take with them.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 6:30-7:30pm.

Our meetings are open to anyone / everyone no matter where in your journey you are.
We are a smaller group (usually around 10), but are always looking for people who can share their experiences with us or that have questions that we may be able to help answer.
