Dr. Schauer's nurse

I will be having RNY with Phillip Schauer at the Cleveland Clinic.  i have finally finished my 6 month requirements!

Last week Dr. Schauer's nurse, Tammy, told me she sent my application in to Med Mut. on July 14, and i should start calling Med Mut on Monday to see when i get my approval. 

I've called Med. Mutual every day this week, and they claim they haven't recieved my app.  i've left 5 voicemails for Tammy, and she never returns my calls.

How is the best way to deal with this?  Granted a nurse is busy, but i've been calling her since Monday.  i would think she would return my call just to get rid of me.

i was approved in less than 2 weeks. I kept calling med mut and then got to the right person and she was sending the approval letter out that day. Make sure you say your having rny. Hope that helps.

Did you try emailing her?  She always responded to my emails, I never needed to call her.
I am sorry to hear you are having a hard time.  She does a good job normally, I was approed in 2 days!!!

I am trying to search my email address book for her email.  Do you know her last
name, I cant remember.
