Hi Steph. I went through Mt. Carmel's program and had Dr. Price as my surgeon and his junior partner Dr. Miller does my follow ups/fills and there is a 3rd surgeon Dr. Choban and everyone who has had her also has very high praise.  Mt. Carmel has a good nutritionist for follow up help and a good bariatric nurse coordinator who runs our support group.

How about you? Are you banded? Where at?

Hi Steph!  I went through Mount Carmel's program.  I had Dr. Miller and was banded 2 weeks ago.  I have really like Dr. Miller so far.  I actually work at Mount Carmel East and talked with several of the surgeons that I work it and they all had the highest praises for Dr. Miller.  Actually one of the surgeons trained Dr. Miller in General surgery.  As far as after care,  I haven't had my follow up appointment yet.  I go on Thursday.

Hi I am working with Dr Myers for the Fresh start  program at riverside they are great they really work with you before and after the WLS so that you can meet your goal!  OH yeah Im having the sleeve done.

Fresh Start Bariatrics- Columbus, OH/Mansfield, OH Dr. Stephen Myers.  I had RNY Gastric By-pass surgery in 2007 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, OH.
Pre and Post op care was fabulous.  Dr. Myers is by far one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever known.  He loves what he does and is excellent at it.  You can look up Fresh Start Bariatrics on my space and see before/after pictures of my story (molly singer).
I had my surgery done laproscopically and have little scars only.
I just had tummy tuck, abdominoplasty, breast reduction (to remove skin), breast lift and Saline Implants (from d to c).  I am a whole new person!  I was a size 26/28 and I am now a size 6!  I am so happy!
Dr. Myers and his staff are caring and professional.  The approval from my insurance was simple!  Pre and post op care was awesome.  His program is comprehensive!
I am a healthcare worker and researched all other surgeons in my area.  After 1 year of researching I went with Dr. Myers.  Dr. Myers saved my life!

I love OSU's program. I had my original surgery with Dr, Needleman in 2003 as did my mom. My dad had Dr. Cooke. I had a follow up scope with Dr Mikami and another with Dr Narula. Dr Needleman will be doing my revision this fall. Love them all and their CNP on staff.
