Wellcare ohio

Hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone has had experience with wellcare ohio? If so where was the surgery, what were the requirements, and did you have any co morbidities?? Thank you, i am beginning my weight loss journey ( just started the 6 month supervised diet) and hope i will get approved.
