FYI for those in the Dayton area... the Vitamin Shoppe across from the Dayton Mall is now open and is having a 30% off sale (and some VS brand items are BOGO 50% off). They have a LOT of protein powder/bars/RTD items (including the large tubs of Syntrax nectar powders)

Oh yeah I went there last week and got my shopper card already. They seem to be very reasonable. I got the BSN Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll protein powder and was on sale for $16. Of course I got a few new bars to try as well. My co-worker got me a $10 gift card so itching to go back! The only problem I had was figuring out just how to get in the parking lot...
Hijacked... You should try to come to the lunch on May 30 to meet some of the other local people here. I don't know my schedule but I really hope to go.
