hi. i am doing well except that i am increasingly frustrated with my support group. I haven't attended in a long time. They focus mainly on pre and post-op. They do not separate the groups. I  have asked to have more emotional guidance, and have admitted to eating and tolerating more carbs. The newbies do not understand yet. The group doesn't have many people still going after about 9 months out.  I do not feel that i should have to tell them exactly what i need. Help!! and thanks for letting me vet.

I don't know if it will fulfill your needs any better, but you are welcome to attend our support group in Evendale.  The calendar is online at www.TheBandDoctor.com - the Saturday support groups are usually pretty full and are topic-driven.  The Thursday evening ones are small-group settings.
