I'm so discouraged right now.  It seems like they ignored everything in my first appeal and just responded that it's investigational.

My surgeon claims the university will not allow him to go to bat for me.

I've just about given up.  I'm struggling with what to write in my 2nd appeal letter.  I just want to call them idiots.
