Dr Maguire - - pay copayment upfront. How much did you have to pay upfront?

I am having the DS on 4/20/2009. I have Anthem BCBS - - with a 20% copay up to $2000. With Dr. Maguire you have to pay the copay upfront.
I am just curious how much that might be. I guess I want to be prepared for the amount.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I had to pay my co-payment (15%) upfront for the hospital and doctor. I was able to show that my family had nearly met my out-of-pocket limit for the year and was able to just pay the difference. My surgery was in November. My husband had surgery in January - so we paid quite a bit up front for his.
It always takes the hospital a lot longer to contact you for their up front part.
I paid my total out of pocket between Dr. Teel (with Maguire) and Miami Valley, both had to be paid by my pre-op testing date.
