I started off with them and during the move things got out of control for them as far as keeping up with patients and trying to get things done with them was impossible. I switch to Dr. Lalor at wood county and had my surgury done in oct. Dr. Lalor has a wonderful staff . They have a few and up comming meetings that you and your friend should attened to learn more about him and the staff and the typse of surguries. i began as a patient of dr lane and amys in the B.G office, (feb 08 ) in the the middle of my required care they moved to the office at the new U.T.m.C, I WAS LEFT IN THE DARK ALONG WITH A GREAT NUMBER OF OTHER S. MANY OF US WERE LEFT WITH UNRETURNED CALLS AND WITH A GREAT FEELING OF ADBANDONMENT. MANY OF US ARE STILL TRYING UNSUCCESSFULLY TO OBTAINB ALL THE RECORDS WE LEFT IN AMY AND DR LANES CARE. I AM VERY DISSAPPOITED IN THE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY THEY HANDLE ME AS A CLINT AND SADLY I AM NOT ALONE. I DID NOT REACH THE STAGE BEYOND TESTING AND MEEETING WITH THE NUTRITIONIST. I CANT SAY THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, BUT I CAN SAY AS A CLINT WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UNDER THERE CARE I WAS SORELY DISSAPPOINTED. THANKFULLY, I AM VERY CONFIDENT WITH THE DR, AND STAFF THAT I AM PROGRESSING WITH NOW. GOOD LUCK IN YOUR RESEARCH. I HOPE MORE FORMORER PATIENTS, DO COME FORWARD WITH HONEST OPPINIONS. BEST WISHES J
