3 months out! (finally some pics)

Well I have past the 3 month mark.  I have only lost since surgery 56lbs but I lost 20lbs before surgery.  I have felt really weepy about not loosing very fast since surgery.  My hubby said lets take some pictures so I could see what he has seen.

I uploaded some pictures that were taken last night 75lbs gone!  I have been too obessed with the scale numbers instead of focusing on how my clothes fit and how I feel.

Feel free to take a look at the profile pics I have added...the pictues tell a better story then the numbers on the scale do....

I am hoping for at least another 25lbs in the 3 months to come (keeping goals small, for less disappointment)

It looks like you are doing great.  56# in 3 months is great... if you stay on track with that that will be over 100# at the 6 month mark!!!  You can definitely see a huge difference in your pics!!!

Thank Caroline.  I wanted to tell you I really like Dr. White me and my DH went to the seminar and he is wonderful.  It looks like my hubby is starting the process.  Maybe I will get him to go to one of the support meetings.  Thanks for all of your help!
