48 hrs till surgery

Ok I feel like I am "nesting" here at the last min, I have surgery in 48hrs from now and I am packing and washing clothes and making some last min things to freeze. I work tommorow then home  rest and try to sleep LOL.This is my only day off before my surgery so i now feel "rushed" to get it all done, and of course I feel as though I am forgetting something.I did my before pics and measurements, I am debating on whether or not to post my before pics I look bad :( so I don't know I will have to see on that.ok just very very nervous here, I can't believe this day had finally come, I feel like I am in a dream sometimes that this is all so sureal. My mind is going a mile a min LOL It will be very hard to think at work tommorow but I will have to keep my mind in check till I get home. (I work in the ER so neeed to stay mindful).OK I will post again soon. Good luck to everyone else that is going in on the 7th.

Good Luck with your surgery.    You will be home and losing before you know it.    It's almost been a year for me and it's been a great ride!!

Good luck and think happy thoughts.  My VSG already a month ago, can't believe it. 32 lbs gone and feel sooo good.  you'll look back and think OMG look at me now, ready for summer and fun.  I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.  Be sure to let us know how everything went.

Peggy Thank you so much for your comfortring words I am so nervous I can;t hardy sit still,my mind is going around and around with every thought. My surgey time is for 11am,my husband and mother are going to be there and my daughter maybe(she hurt her ankle I wanted her to stay home and foot up) and she will have the babay too so maybe better she sstay home but who knows. I am sure my friends from work will call or come by thursday (i hope so) I am just very anxious about being there alone after hubby and mom leave. But I will just have to do it!! So 18 hrs to go and I will start being a loser LOL. Thanks again

Wishing you the best and I hope and pray every goes great.  Keep me posted my surgery is feb 27th. 

I just have to give a shout out to everyone that has left me messages and well wishes, It has really given me a warm loved feeling to know that a all these well wishes and good lucks are all from people I have not even met, I feel so blessed to have found a site that people can connect on and actually care and take the time to reach out and help, to offer and share  their experiences with others. Well in 16hrs  I will be undergoing life changing experience that will give me back my life and health.I truly feel blessed thank you all!!!!
