Experience with Dr Brian Lane's office???

Just wondering about your experiences with email communication from this office. I have sent several messages wanting to know if test results have been received and gotten no response back. I don't know if I have the wrong email address or if this is just typical from this office and maybe I should call. Thanks for the feed back.

I haven't been to Dr. Lane's office.  My surgery was at the Cleveland Clinic, and I had similar issues.  I just kept calling to obtain the info that I needed.

I have had good luck with keeping in touch with Dr. Lane's office.   I would say if you don't hear something back it could be the wrong email address.    Send me a PM with the email you have and I'll let you know if it's the same I use.
