NSA Carnation Instant Breakfast

I can't remember who it was but I remember a little while ago someone talking about how hard it is to find this stuff and I found it so I thought I would share.  I found it in Giant Eagle.  The tricky thing though was that it was in the baking isle which I would have never guessed and the carnation website did not indicate that they carry it.  Just thought I would share!

For the amount of protein you get using NSA Carnation Instant breakfast, it really is a rip off to our systems.   

I use a whey protein from Walmarts, chocolate, I scoop  mix ed with 8-10 oz's of milk, I heat it 1.5 min's in the micro and I got a warm chocolate 30 - 32  g's of protein to start off my day.   


Even at over 4 years out, I still rely on protein shakes to make my protein each day.

This one from Walmarts mixes well and doesn't taste like "protein", I like it well.

What brand @ Wal-Mart?

HI..   They also carry it at Marc's for much less.  That's where I get mine.  (I'm assuming that they have Marc's in your area as well.  They are quite popular in the Cleveland area)>
