FAST TRACK BARIATRIC BOOT CAMP 2009!

Do you feel like you have been burning daylight since your surgery, just not making the progress in your fitness that you know deep down you could achieve?   Then start the year off with a bang in our new Bariatric Boot Camp 2009 program at Fast Track!  (For those who don't know, Fast Track is a surgical weight loss fitness and nutrition center in Cincinnati)
 
This program will span 8 weeks, gradually building to a sustained 45-minute focused cardiovascular/strength routine.   We have 25 stations (at 1 minute per station) which will target every aspect of your fitness needs.
 
Expect some hard work and some good results!

Offered:  Weekdays 6:30am - 7:15am  and Tuesday/Thursday evenings 5:00pm - 5:45pm

(We require that you purchase a heart rate monitor watch (which you will keep) that is approximately $25)

Non Members:  $250
If you decide to Join Fast Track at the end of Boot Camp you can deduct this from your membership!!  Your heart rate monitor is included in this price.
