Opening a Plus Size Consignment Shop
Hi all.
I haven't been around in quite some time. I just celebrated by 2 year anniversary with the Band. Still loving everything about it. Except the part where I don't work it like I should.
I am going to be opening up a Plus Size (16 and up) Consignment shop in Cleveland (West Park by the airport) by February 2009. I am trying to start collecting consignments now so I don't have to waste time after the doors have opened and so I have inventory.
1. I will be waving the consignment sign up fee for those willing to do this in advance.
2. No Hangers needed. I have my own hangers. (but if you have some to get rid of, I will take them)
3. 50/50 split on the sale.
4. You can pick the pricing, or I can.
5. Regular price for 8 weeks. Discounted price (normally 50% off, or up to you) for another 4 weeks.
6. After the 12 weeks, you can come pick up the left over clothes, or they will be donated to charity.
I can come pick up the stuff from you (depending on location) or you can bring to me at my house. We can work this out if/when you contact me. **I am in Columbus, twice a month, and Cincy/Dayton once a month** I am in Cincy this weekend and Indy for the New Years.

Hello Dr C...I was wanting to tell you that if you happen to know any ladies that need clothes, that theres this wonderful consignment shop in Greenville...Its called * Christinas Consignments*...She's located on 121 just south of the Darke County Fairgrounds...She sells clothes from size 16 on up...ALso has purses, shoes, and much more...The store is huge and has tons of nice, used clothing...Very reasonable...She only takes cash at this moment, so if you happen to tell anyone about this place, make sure they know its cash only...She is closed on Mondays, but open Tuesday thru Saturday...Please feel free to give them my nic, so they can message me if they need further information...Just thought this store might help some of your patients...Have a Merry Christmas...Tammy Hoff

I have reached my goal and will be seeing Dr. C. in January probably for one of my last fills for a long time. I have alot of clothes that u can have to resell. I have moved from Cleveland to Bedford Hts., and can drop the clothes off anytime after the holidays. I wish I had known about ur shop sooner I just gave away about 9 bags of clothes, most of the ones I have left are size 18-20. Call me 440-232-8386 or my cell 216-355-4048. Have a great holiday.

Congrats on the move! Sorry for the delay on the notice of the shop... I am still firming up on where it will be and what date to open. But I am really trying to get enough inventory to be able to open the doors!!!

Hi...I want to take this time to apologize to you for posting what I did To Dr.Curry...I wasn't thinking when I did so, that it should of been done in a private because that was taking away from the business that you are working on...That was very wrong of me, and for that I am truely sorry...DUHHHHHHH me...Good luck with your consignment shop...I wish you all the best...Again, I am sorry for the way I handled myself...Tammy

No worries on my end. I dont really consider them competition being over 3 hours away.
I have been driving to the consignment shop in KY to buy stuff for my store because it is so inexpensive. We have more than enough plus sized people in Cleveland lol.
