Surgery today -- send positive vibes or whatever works!

 One of our own is in surgery today -- Martha. I'm SO excited for her! Even though I had my surgery before I even met her, she has been a major force in keeping me motivated as I work on changing my habits post-op as she worked on changing hers pre-op. Some people have that special something....she is one. Send her thoughts, prayers, whatever you do!!!!!
