Fast Track - Cincinnati

After resisting (I was in for the opening day celebration last spring) I joined this past week.  I was reluctant because I was afraid it would be too easy like Curves.  I have worked out religiously since surgery but have been stuck at that last 20ish pound area.  I was going to join Fitworks because I was looking for a personal trainer but my good friend and my NUT convinced me to join FastTrack (and I saw a story on the local news about a member who is training for a marathon).  Figured it must not be too easy if she's there.

I went Thursday and Saturday (stability ball class) and I'm sitting here debating on another round of Tylenol.  It works!  REALLY works.

It's about 5 miles farther down 75 than Firs****ch.

Thanks for the info Karen.  I'm really inetrested, but I'm afraid that, with my busy schedule, the long drive would cause me not to go... so it would be wasted money.  Sure wish there was somethinbg like that in Dayton!
