What a day!

This morning I was pulled into a conference room and given an offer letter for a new position.  I was estatic.  (still am)   They even put my surgery on the project plan so I was blocked out for Feb-Mid March depending on surgery date.  This comes at a really good time seeings how the company has been letting people go and I've been fearing a job loss.

I had my 3 month check up today with my doctor... I'm down... TWENTY POUNDS
My doctor and I were really psyched and it just reinforced how smooth the next 3 months are going to go.  She stated her part of the paper work is going to be simple (which put me at ease)

All and all a really good day.
I feel very blessed

 Well done Tony!

How wonderful to have such a supportive job to not only give to a promotion, but plan time for you to be done for your WLS.

And to top things off... 20 pounds

Congrats to you, man.

Today got even more news... I would have been devistated if this one fell through... but HR informed me that benefits have not changed, and they did renew the WLS rider for our plan.
