Praise God I am ok and home resting with my new sleeve

I just wanted to update all the wonderful people here on OH that I am home with my sleeve and Praise to the Lord for all the prayers sent my way I am doing wonderfully. I arrived home Yesterday and had a sore night ,not pain more discomfort and hard to get comfortable. I am having some bak pain but the Dr said that was from where he works inside me. All looked great and he was in and out with in an 1 hour 15 minutes! I will post later but wanted to say hi and THANK EVERYONE OF YOU FOR THE SUPPORT AND PRAYERS...I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WELL WITHOUT THEM

Yes the family is much better! I feel really good this AM. I hope Robyn is getting along as well. Thanks for your kind thoughts and prayers. I cannot wait til support group I will see you there!

So glad to hear everything is going well for you Renee.  We will have to start our walks in the neighborhood soon!

Could I ask how did you get your insurance to approve the sleeve? I have United and they said it is not covered by them. I had a slipped lap band now and waiting for it to be taken out. They did say they will pay for the gastric surgery. I wanted the sleeve because I have Crohns disease. Wishing you the best!
