I'm not sure if I'm one of the folks who initially responded to your post, but I can say that I've heard great things about Dr. Armand Lucas at the Clinic. He's been doing reconstructive surgeries for people who've had massive weight loss for many years, and has lots of experience. I have not had plastics yet, but I hope to use him when I do.
