Long time, no see

Hi everyone! it has been a while since I have checked in here! I am celebrating just over three years with my RNY. I am hovering betwen 167 & 172 I feel pretty darn good! I have been extremely busy with my grandkids - 6 and one on the way - --and my son's recent wedding!!!  We are also still remodling our home (never ending story there  LOL) just thought I would check in and say hello! Dr C, I am calling for my annual check up the first of next week hugs to all, and thanks for being there! Deb at the Lake
