Hi Nancy I  too am going to WCH and Dr Lane will do my vertical in Sept., so just starting the process.  Can anyone give me a heads up what to expect during this journey?  Would appreciate any comments. I am a redesigner/Stager and hope recovery is not long.   Kathy
